This year, the Atlanta real estate market has had its share of highs and lows. We’ve seen interest rates shift, inventory levels rise and fall, and buyers and sellers adjusting their expectations along the way. But one thing that has remained steady in my business is the art of connection.
 
More than ever, my role has been less about waiting for the perfect home to appear on the open market and more about actively creating opportunities. Think of it as matchmaking—pairing buyers and sellers, sometimes even before a property is broadly marketed. By listening closely, networking deeply, and understanding the needs on both sides, I’ve been able to bring together clients in a way that feels personal, strategic, and seamless.
My longevity in the business—over 30 years—has given me the privilege of forging lasting relationships with other realtors, which makes those connections even easier.
